Job Description
The National FSE position is responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services to bioMerieux customers. The role requires strong technical and communication skills, with a focus on building customer relationships and identifying potential service or sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronic Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical, or other related discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience in troubleshooting and repair of biomedical, electro-mechanical, electrical, computer, vacuum systems, or similar systems
- Valid driver's license in state of residence
- Experience in a field service role, host/remote communications, and network systems
- Knowledge of laboratory operations, critical thinking, adaptability, time management, communication, problem-solving, and digital literacy
