Job Description
The Production Specialist 2-2nd Shift coordinates technical coaching, oversees technical requirements, and assists in compliance expectations for Card Production Operators. The role involves creating and updating employee curricula, organizing employee requirement documentation, and conducting Reagent Manufacturing tours.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
- 4+ years of related experience as a trainer in an FDA-regulated, manufacturing environment
- Formal Train-the-Trainer training or Trainer certification or coursework preferred
