CT Technologist (Per Diem)

Deliver high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging services to patients at our San Mateo, CA clinic on a per diem basis. Opportunity to cross-train in various imaging modalities such as DEXA and MRI.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CT Technologist
• Active ARRT certification
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, biology and chemistry and how to administer IVs
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with CT scan equipment performance
• Observational skills to notice any problems with images
• Strong oral communications skills to field patients' questions and collaborate with other members of the care team
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly supply area
• Mathematics skills to manage contrast administration and maintain inventory
• Computer proficiency to operate CT scan equipment, use G-suite and update medical records using health information systems software
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
