Lead Product Manager (Growth)

Biograph is looking for a Growth Product Manager to oversee all growth tech platforms and optimize Biograph’s growth infrastructure to attract, convert, and retain customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth, acquisition, or product marketing
• Healthcare startup experience
• Strong data-driven approach with familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, or HubSpot
• Experience working with web technologies, CMS platforms, and growth automation tools
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels, user acquisition, and retention strategies
• Strong communication skills and ability to craft compelling messaging and translate data into actionable insights
• Hands-on execution ability to roll up sleeves and get things done
