Job Description
BioLabs is seeking a Director, Business Operations & Strategy to launch and manage the strategic and financial growth of its new site in Rochester, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and marketing within a commercial setting, preferably in biotech or life sciences.
Requirements
- Initiate and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the greater Rochester area
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective resident life science startups
- Lead regional marketing and advertising efforts
- Represent BioLabs at local and national conferences
- Manage the site team and foster a collaborative culture
- Develop annual strategic goals and operating budgets
- Support the broader BioLabs Global team in identifying new business opportunities
