Biolectric is looking for an experienced Regional Service Manager to lead a team of International Service Technicians. The role involves efficiently organizing service activities, handling customer complaints, and supporting the implementation of new installations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and/or hydraulics
- Customer-oriented and gives high priority to service readiness and customer satisfaction
- Efficient planner and organizer, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Flexible and able to multitask
- Entrepreneurial and takes initiative
- Strong team spirit and willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is required; speaking French is a plus
- Willingness to work with the local ERP package
