Requirements
- 10 years of sales experience
- 5 years of sales leadership in B2B agricultural, aquaculture, or feed industry
- Proven track record in Regional Sales Management, Team Leadership, Profit Management, Negotiation Excellence
- Proficiency in English for communication
- CRM Training, Financial Management for Commercial Manager
- CRM/SFA systems, Office Suite, BI dashboards preferred
