Job Description
The Associate Director and Business Process Manager will lead and deliver high-impact global initiatives by standardizing and optimizing cross-functional business processes in the Distribution, Supply, and Network Planning areas. They will work independently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate with global and regional teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in Distribution Requirements Planning, Supply Planning, and Network Planning in the life sciences industry.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Distribution Requirements Planning, Supply Planning, and Network Planning in the life sciences industry
- SAP IBP Expertise
- SAP S/4 HANA (PP/DS) experience
- Quantitative and analytical modeling skills
- Experience in managing Product lifecycle planning, flavor balancing, modeling capacity constraining, defining and managing Key Performance Indicatorās (KPI), Available to Promise / Order (ATP/O) in a pharmaceutical / process industry context
