BioMed Realty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to support our operations team. The Property Coordinator will assist with financial and accounting activities related to property management, maintenance, and construction operations, as well as provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the operations team.
Requirements
- Assist with overseeing and coordinating operations, maintenance, construction, financial and accounting related activities associated with commercial and lab tenants.
- Manage and track Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors/contractors.
- Create work orders in Building Engines as needed for contractor escorts and tenant complaints such as hot/cold calls.
- Track sustainability initiatives and statistics including waste diversion and utility consumption.
- Represent the company to outside agencies and organizations.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
