Molding Engineering Manager

Biomerics is a leading vertically integrated contract manufacturer for the medical device and biotech industries. The Molding Engineering Manager will be responsible for all sustaining engineering and continuous improvement activities within the molding work center, supporting external customers and internal device assembly work centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
• 10+ years of injection molding experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• 5+ years’ experience focused on medical/healthcare markets
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Experience with cost estimating and financial analysis
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to develop and maintain strong positive collaborative working relationships
• Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
