Molding Operator I (Day Shift)

Requirements

• Wear appropriate PPE as required.
• Perform bonding, potting, soldering, manual assembly, and visual inspection of medical products.
• Maintain an orderly and safe working environment.
• Escalate problems with quality processes, equipment or materials to the lead or supervisor.
• Responsible for the accuracy and traceability of forms used during manufacturing.
• Communicate material shortages to line lead before line stoppages.
• Establish good working relationships with all levels of operations.
• Works as a team to ensure that daily and weekly production goals/schedules are met.
