Requirements

• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks, such as assembling components, operating equipment, handling materials, or inspecting products
• Conduct basic visual inspections to check product quality and report any issues to a lead or supervisor
• Accurately complete traceability forms and production documentation
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Help maintain cleanroom or general work area standards and participate in housekeeping activities
• Operate assigned equipment or tools under direct supervision, reporting any malfunctions or questions
• Participate in on-the-job training and actively learn from supervisors and teammates
