Requirements
- Perform assigned manufacturing tasks, such as assembling components, operating equipment, handling materials, or inspecting products
- Conduct basic visual inspections to check product quality and report any issues to a lead or supervisor
- Accurately complete traceability forms and production documentation
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Help maintain cleanroom or general work area standards and participate in housekeeping activities
- Operate assigned equipment or tools under direct supervision, reporting any malfunctions or questions
- Participate in on-the-job training and actively learn from supervisors and teammates
