Insurance Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Insurance division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance industry and a proven track record of success in a sales management role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives and implementing strategies to increase the company's sales in insurance.

Requirements

• In depth understanding of insurance products and markets
• Previous experience of working in Tele sales
• Passion for sales.
• 2+ years proven experience in sales management.
• Outstanding communication skills – key for building relationships with customers, underwriters and colleagues.
• Understand business challenges and able to pivot accordingly
• Excitement of the prospect of a growing business, needing continual reinvention, change and commitment.
• Experience working under pressure, welcomes challenging business focus and finds solutions/ strategies to overcome.
