AD总监

Lead and coordinate the work of the analytical research and development team, develop and lead the analytical team to support the development of research and development projects, process development, product release detection, and method development.

Requirements

• Master's degree 10 years or more, doctor's degree 8 years or more, related majors such as pharmaceutical analysis, biotechnology, biochemistry, and analytical chemistry.
• Relevant work experience in large biopharmaceutical companies, with 5 years or more quality analysis team management experience.
• Experience in managing the characterization platform, with solid foundation in bioanalysis, quality research, familiar with protein drug characterization strategies and method development.
