Associate Director, Investor Relations

As an Associate Director of Investor Relations, you will shape and execute BioNTech's communication strategy for the investment community, elevate investor engagement, and optimize company valuation.

Requirements

• Support and drive strategic initiatives to enhance communication and engagement with analysts and investors
• Track updates and generate insights from market activity, policy updates, financial trends, competitor landscape, and shareholder concerns
• Develop consensus estimates, shareholder assessments, and analytics approaches
• Articulate the value of BioNTech's oncology assets, technology platforms, and long-term growth potential
• Inform a high-impact IR event calendar
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across R&D, medical, finance, corporate communications, commercial teams, legal teams, and policy experts
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and industry standards in all communications and internal and external engagements
