Director, Commercial Supply Chain Readiness

The Director, Commercial Supply Chain Readiness will lead the development of a multi-year supply chain roadmap, foster collaboration with alliance partners, and drive governance structures for commercialization efforts. The role is responsible for shaping processes, readiness plans, and steering Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align with lifecycle management goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry distribution and trade management.
• Understanding of US commercial and government healthcare environment, understand of ex-US distribution.
• Proven track record in developing and managing supply chains for product launches
• Extensive experience in commercial supply chain management for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
• Profound understanding of O2C processes incl. related outsourcing strategies
• Excellent project management skills to plan, lead, and complete complex projects effectively in dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication skills with experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
