Executive Director, Government Affairs and Market Access, China

Lead the development and execution of government affairs and market access strategies for the China affiliate while inputting into global strategies to enhance the company's footprint and reputation in GCN with a focus on oncology.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Government Affairs, Policy, and Market Access roles in the pharma or biotech sectors.
• Experience working within Global biotech and/or large pharmaceutical companies.
• Deep understanding of China's healthcare system including the healthcare policy, regulatory and market access environment.
• Experience of interacting and engaging effectively with senior government officials and building relationships or coalitions with broad range of stakeholders (government, media, NGO, thought leaders and patient groups etc.)
• Proven experience of demonstrating leadership and positive impact on public policy developments including successfully advocating public policy positions for China and complex organizations.
• Mainland China experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• BSc in Life sciences and/or Health Economics with advanced degree preferred.
