Job Description
As a Senior Director, Global Medical Affairs Oncology, you will contribute significantly to the development and life cycle management of innovative cancer therapies and help shape and implement Global Medical Affairs plans and initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced science degree (MD or PhD) with specialization in oncology
- At least 10 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industries or equivalent academic experience with proven results
- Strong understanding of drug development processes, including experience with Phase 1–3 trials
- Minimum 3 years in global medical affairs strategic planning and execution
- Expertise in business planning, leadership principles, and cross-functional team management
