Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Management

The Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Management will lead and drive study delivery in China, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, and working with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful clinical trial execution. The role requires a natural or life sciences background, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and experience in project management, regulatory submissions, and clinical trial coordination.

Requirements

• Natural/ life sciences or medical background (university degree or experience in a medical profession)
• Profound knowledge and experience in relevant legislation and international guidelines (ICH-GCP) for the performance of clinical research projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, regulatory submissions, monitoring of clinical trials or clinical trial coordination
• First functional and/or disciplinary leadership experience
• Very good English and Mandarin (written and spoken) language skills
• Experience in usual software (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good organizational skills and communicative skills
• Pro-active way of working and problem-solving ability
