We are seeking a Cell Culture Manager/Senior Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include participating in GMP training, ensuring upstream production procedures are conducted according to company requirements, and improving and optimizing production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Microbiology, biochemistry, biopharmaceuticals, or fermentation engineering
• 8-10 years or more of relevant GMP work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with upstream production equipment and biopharmaceutical GMP factories
• Ability to control budget and costs, lead teams, and possess good communication and expression skills
• Good English reading and writing skills, with ability to review GMP-related files
• Good physical condition and ability to actively learn and improve continuously
• Experience with domestic or foreign audits
