Coverage Determination Representative

BioPlus is seeking a Coverage Determination Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering information required on an authorization, completing and submitting the authorization form to insurance companies, and following up with phone calls and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Obtain prior authorizations and track progress
• Review prescriptions for accuracy
• Gather necessary information from prescriber offices
• Notifying staff of approved/denied medications
• Process and reverse online claims
