IT Specialist (Corporate Internal Function)

BIP is seeking an IT Specialist in Service Desk/IT Operations to join their team. This role focuses on maintaining ICT infrastructure, user support, and managing hybrid meetings. Requirements

• Diploma in IT and/or a three-year degree in a related field
• 2+ years of user support experience
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365/Azure
• MDM Jamf and Intune experience (nice to have)
• Level I and/or level II Helpdesk support experience (nice to have)
• Good English (spoken and written)
