Job Description
Join BIP – xTech, the Excellence Center of BIP specializing in consulting and innovative services in Network Virtualization, Cloud, Blockchain, IoT, Big Data, Data Science, and RPA. We are looking for a Senior Virtualization Engineer with over 5 years of experience in Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure to design, deliver, and advise innovative server virtualization, network & security virtualization, hyperconvergence, hybrid cloud, VDI, and automation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Informatics, or other STEM disciplines
- At least 5 years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Engineering, design, and testing of virtualization platforms and SDDC infrastructures, Operations and capacity management in complex enterprise environments, multi-site, and/or hybrid cloud, Design of architectures (e.g., System/Platform Engineering) or R&D activities on virtualization and automation solutions
- Strong skills on virtualization compute platforms: VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter, vSAN, SRM, NSX-T (for network & security virtualization); knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V/SCVMM and/or KVM
