Job Description
The Assistant Residence Manager assists in maximizing the functioning of mentally/physically handicapped adults and ensures quality services to all residents. They will assist with work assignments, oversee staff supervision, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment and behavioral plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in OPWDD related field with 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Demonstrated competency in written, verbal, and computational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to articulate company philosophy, mission, and goals
- Ability to effectively present information to clients, top management, and staff
