Job Description
The Deputy Director of Community Services is responsible for directing, assessing and monitoring Birch's residential programs to ensure quality, program compliance with all regulatory and funding sources and fiscal practices.
Requirements
- Assesses, plans, implements and monitors policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations governing the operation of residential services
- Directly supervises the Operations Coordinators, Assistants, Nurse Administrator and BIS Coordinator
- Ensures that the health, safety and habilitation needs of the people we support are addressed in an individualized manner
