Job Description
The maintenance worker is responsible for maintaining the building in a clean, orderly, safe condition. Duties include cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. The worker also performs routine maintenance activities, provides handyman services, and notifies management of the need for repairs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Two (2) or more years of building maintenance experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience working in a construction site, handyman role for residential program and or related field
- Demonstrated competency in written, verbal and computational skills to document records pertaining to the physical plant operations
