Job Description
The Residence Manager manages the daily operation of the residential facility, including staff supervision, treatment planning, and maintenance of the physical plant. The Manager ensures quality services to all residents and assists in maximizing the functioning of emotionally disabled adults to prevent hospitalization.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working with developmentally disabled population
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related human service field
- Administrative/managerial experience with emotionally disabled population
- Medication Administration Course completion within 90 days of employment
- Excellent management, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with basic computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite
- QDIP Certification preferred
- Valid NYS Driver's License required
