Job Description
Birch Mountain Enterprises is seeking a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician for shop and field repairs to their fleet of heavy-duty highway trucks. The successful candidate will have knowledge of all aspects of heavy spec trucks and preference will be given to those with experience in water, vac, high pressure, and flusher units.
Requirements
- Must be certified as a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician
- Possess valid driver's license (min class 5) with clean abstract
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of heavy truck repair including hydraulic, electronic, suspension, and computer diagnosis
- Previous or related experience with off-road equipment, specifically wiggle wagons
- Previous or related experience with water, vac, and steam trucks preferred
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- OSSA (or OSSA BSO) and CSTS certification
