Job Description
Birch Mountain Enterprises is seeking 2 Working Shop Foreman for our Fort McKay Incubator Park Location and 1 Lube Bay Foreman for our Fort McKay Industrial Park Location. As a Working Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the daily activities of a team of Journeymen and Apprentice Heavy Duty Technicians.
Requirements
- Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician certification
- Excellent technical knowledge and expertise
- Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
- Valid driver's license (minimum class 5) with clean abstract
- OSSA (or BSO/CSO) and CSTS Certification
- NCSO Designation or working towards
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Sound decision making skills
