Working Shop Foreman

Birch Mountain Enterprises is seeking a Working Shop Foreman to supervise and direct the daily activities of a team of Journeymen and Apprentice Heavy Duty Technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the servicing and repair of tools and equipment is completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician certification
• Excellent technical knowledge and expertise
• Exceptional diagnosing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Minimum 1 year previous supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license (minimum class 5) with clean abstract
• OSSA (or BSO/CSO) and CSTS Certification
• NCSO Designation or working towards
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Sound decision-making skills
