Job Description
We are seeking a Planner Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for multiple construction projects across pre-construction and construction phases. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with project teams to ensure schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with contract and company requirements.
Requirements
- Analyze RFP documents to inform schedule development
- Develop preliminary and master project schedules in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Implement standard scheduling practices
- Update project schedules weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
- Perform on-site visits to validate progress data
- Generate 'look-ahead' schedules to support field operations
- Track and document schedule impacts due to changes, delays, or unforeseen conditions
- Analyze project performance using earned value, float trends, KPIs, and schedule variance metrics
