Project Coordinator (Site)

The role of a Project Coordinator (Site) involves supporting daily construction activities, organizing project site files and documentation, and maintaining accurate project documentation. As a Site-Based Project Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience supporting daily construction activities while working closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and trade partners.

Requirements

• Completed or recently completed post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related discipline
• Internship, co-op, or early-career experience in a construction or project support role is considered an asset
• Strong interest in working in a site-based environment on commercial and/or institutional construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and basic contract documents with guidance
• Effective team player with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to MS Project, SharePoint, or construction management software considered an asset
