Project Manager leads, directs and coordinates daily management of assigned project(s), responsible for performance, costs, schedule, quality, project status, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- 10 years experience within Industrial Construction projects
- PMP and GSC an asset
- 5-10 years’ experience in Project Management and Estimating field with a focus on industrial
- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role on construction sites and/or managing operations
- Operational budgeting experience an asset
- Advanced MS Office, Excel skills
- Experience in managing projects in excess of $100 million
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups
- Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, complex and changing work environment, while managing multiple and shifting priorities, with an approach that encompasses both collaboration and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed critical thinking, logical analysis and problem-solving skills with the highest standard of professional ethics and integrity
