Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Bird. As a leader in Canadian construction, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment. This role will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to coordinate production requirements, including safety, quality, administration, scheduling, cost controls, client/sub-contractor/craft communication and management.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management
- Eligible for, or have attained, E.I.T., P. Eng., CET, or PQS designations
- 8-10 years' experience in project coordination, cost estimating, and project management
- Strong knowledge of InEight software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
