Job Description
Bird Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in general contracting, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.
Requirements
- Completed education in a construction-related discipline
- At least 10 Years experience in General Contracting
- Direct project management of large institutional, commercial, or industrial projects ($50+ Million)
- Experience in digital construction an asset
- Leadership, project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Project
