Fleet Manager- Cranbrook (Contract)

The Fleet Manager is a critical logistical role essential to Bird's success in Cranbrook, ensuring the local fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes are charged, safe, and positioned correctly to meet the community's transportation needs.

Requirements

• Must own or have consistent access to at least one large vehicle (van/truck) suitable for transporting multiple scooters/bikes.
• Access to a garage, warehouse, or commercial facility with electricity is highly preferred for maximizing earnings (allows for overnight charging).
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or applicable commercial license) with a clean driving record for all operating drivers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly; must be able to stoop, bend, walk, and stand for long periods while handling heavy equipment.
• Flexible schedule with a willingness to regularly operate on weekends.
• Comfortable learning new mobile tools to locate and manage the fleet.
• Strong knowledge of Penticton's local geography.
