Bish Enterprises is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to lead our small but dedicated sales team, drive customer acquisition, increase revenue growth, and oversee direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relative work experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Requirements
- Assist in determining price schedules and discount rates
- Assist in identifying issues with shipping
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and budget expenditures

- Coordinate and/or manage sales activities

- Documenting/Recording Information

- Follows all proper communication channels
- Manage and provide leadership to the sales team
- Monitor customer preferences
- Oversee sales staff
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations
- Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material
- Plan, present, and/or facilitate sales presentations and meetings
- Provide presentation and product demonstration support
- Provide up-to-date and accurate information on sales numbers
- Provides problem/issue resolution for customers and other sales personnel
- Read trade journals and professional literature
- Reports to CEO/COO and/or Customer
- Represent the company at trade association meetings
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Review operational records and reports
