The General Manager is responsible for all store operations, including RV Sales, Parts, and Service. Key objectives include operations and sales leadership, financial oversight, talent and team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Must be a highly detailed process driven leader and be able to hold the staff accountable for results
- Must possess a strong track record of superior results in a high-volume dealership
- Demonstrated dealership sales experience and management of a revenue generating team
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, security methods and consumer behavior
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
