Land Development Manager

Our client is a real estate investment and development company seeking a Land Development Manager to oversee a large development project in Kiawah Island/Charleston, SC. The role involves day-to-day management of land development and vertical construction, as well as sales and marketing efforts related to builder home sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of prior experience in real estate development, land development, or construction
• Bachelor's Degree in real estate, civil engineering, construction, architecture, business, or equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in Business or Real Estate a plus
• Solid project management and team leadership skills
• Ability to read construction and civil design documents
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in all aspects of real estate development
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project
