Risk Manager

Risk Manager will serve as the strategic architect of the credit and fraud frameworks for ReadyBucks, leading the development of data-driven underwriting strategies to balance aggressive growth with disciplined risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in risk management, specifically within fintech lending, Merchant Cash Advances, or alternative small business financing.
• Advanced expertise in data analysis tools (SQL is required; Python or R is preferred) and experience with automated underwriting software.
• Proven track record of building risk frameworks from the ground up and scaling them within a high-growth startup or corporate innovation environment.
• A deep understanding of the unique financial challenges and risk profiles associated with the gig economy and independent contractor workforce.
• Ability to translate complex quantitative data into clear, actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
