Bitpanda is seeking a Compliance Officer to uphold and enforce a high-standard regulatory compliance culture across the organisation. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance monitoring programme and serve as the primary BaFin contact, ensuring accurate submissions, timely reporting, and up-to-date knowledge of all relevant laws and guidance.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in compliance within financial services, fintech, or crypto sectors
- Regulatory expert with deep understanding of BaFin Rulebooks, (EU) regulations, and global compliance standards
