Job Description
Bitpanda is seeking a senior Software Engineer to build and scale their platform for handling prices, risk management, and trading in cryptocurrencies, stocks, metals, and fiat currencies. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable backend systems, leading the evolution of the architecture, and tackling cross-domain challenges. Bitpanda emphasizes fast-paced work and impact for its team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Python development
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and websockets
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Strong leadership and event-driven architectures skills
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS
