Senior Software Engineer, Python (Asset Pricing & Hedging)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build a powerful system for handling prices and risk management for various investments. You'll drive technical decisions, build scalable backend systems, and lead the evolution of our event-driven architecture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands on Python development in product-driven environments, building real-world, scalable systems that solve big problems
• A deep understanding of RESTful APIs, websockets, and network communication, with the ability to design fast, reliable, and clean APIs
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, always keeping performance and scalability top of mind
• Strong leadership skills to drive technical initiatives, influence the team’s direction, and guide key architectural decisions
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, and message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS — you know how to keep data flowing seamlessly
