Job Description
As a Delivery Manager, you'll lead end-to-end delivery efforts, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships. You'll drive adoption of our CRM and platform solutions, optimize customer outcomes, and support clients on their digital transformation journeys.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end project delivery for 1–3 concurrent projects
- Conduct hands-on requirements gathering activities
- Map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements
- Build and maintain weekly status reports, RAID logs, change control artifacts, steering committee and executive readouts
- Align business and technical stakeholders; drive decision logs and acceptance criteria
- Identify expansion opportunities with account teams and architects; build long-term partnerships
- Drive technology adoption and client self-sufficiency; foster widespread use of AI driven methods within the project delivery cycle
- Manage scope and pursue change orders; ensure timely approvals and invoicing hygiene
- Support pre-sales (estimation, delivery approach, risk posture) and contribute to proposals/SOWs
- Act as a client-facing liaison to support solution adoption and resolve any roadblocks
