Job Description
As a Senior Platform Engineer at Bitso, you will design, develop, and maintain software platforms to enable backend, frontend, and mobile developers to ship products faster, improve reliability, monitoring, and scalability of the platform, and lead the design and development of scalable and reliable platform technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years experience designing, building and writing automated tests for complex, distributed backend systems, preferably with either Java or Go.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, with a strong preference for AWS.
- Extensive experience with multiple CI tools such as AWS CodeBuild, GitHub Actions,Gradle and CircleCI.
- In-depth experience with CD tools, preferably ArgoCD.
- At least 4 years of experience working with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools
- Proven English fluency.
- Experience with GitOps tooling (specifically ArgoCD)
- Experience developing apps in Golang.
