Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our operations systems, focusing on the development of identity and access management. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to create efficient, scalable solutions that support Bitso's rapid growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as Product Manager to drive high-impact results
• Proven experience working with IAM, security features for mobile devices and web applications.
• Demonstrated expertise with AI tooling and capabilities
• Demonstrated expertise with critical and highly available systems
• Strong background in building data-driven solutions by building end-to-end products that properly separates transactional / analytical data.
• Proven track record of using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) metrics model to align team goals with business strategy.
• Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to negotiate and align diverse interests from business, retail, and engineering teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
