Senior Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced technical lead to join the Crypto Revolution as a Senior Engineering Manager. This role requires deep technical and architectural understanding, with a solid previous background as a developer. The candidate will manage engineers and other leads, helping them grow while building scalable, secure, and high-quality products with users as the center.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with at least 2+ years managing managers
• Strong background in trading or investment platforms
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams, optimize delivery processes, and handle high-throughput, mission-critical systems
• Deep technical expertise in software engineering, architecture, and team building
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and remote/distributed teams
