Bitwarden seeks a server and cloud enthusiast to become a product expert, handle business inquiries, and provide solutions for technical issues.
Requirements
- Functioning as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden and the Bitwarden suite of services
- Conducting engaging implementation-specific demos and product technical Q&A
- Attending deal cadence calls with Sales Account Executives
- Reporting product feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams
- Assisting account executives with positioning new or upcoming product features
- Building scripts, integrations, and examples for customers
- Tracking the competitive landscape and providing technical depositioning information
- Providing assistance in responding to technical questions
- Advising customers on industry best practices
- Working with enterprise prospects to solve issues and/or look ahead to identify solutions
- Providing guidance and assistance for business prospects or customers' implementation of Bitwarden
