BIXI is a key player in sustainable mobility in the Greater Montreal area and Eastern Townships, with a network of over 12,500 bikes and 1,000 stations in 13 cities in Quebec. Our vision is to transform the urban experience through active, accessible, innovative, and collaborative mobility.

Requirements

• Maintaining continuous communication with the distribution team throughout the work period to obtain routes and track interventions using a mobile application;
• Replacing bike batteries to ensure their proper functioning;
• Charging and unloading equipment from the service vehicle;
• Driving a vehicle in crowded urban environments, demonstrating vigilance and professionalism;
• Performing basic diagnostics, performing required troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs as needed;
• Actively participating in the deployment and withdrawal of stations at the beginning and end of the season;
• Completing any other related tasks that may be assigned, including warehouse work, station mounting, vehicle washing, and handling;
• Responding to BIXI clients’ questions or directing them to customer service agents.
