Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Travel Agent with deep industry knowledge to manage business travel requests of our B2B clients, particularly those who speak Portuguese. The role requires autonomy, precision, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a Travel Agent
- Fluent command of the Portuguese language (native or C1 level)
- Excellent knowledge of at least one GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
